GGPA was a San Francisco based non-profit arts group founded in 1980. Its official mission was to "support the growth and expression of performing artists in the LGBT community."
GGPA served as the parent umbrella organization for historic local ensembles like the San Francisco Lesbian and Gay Men’s Community Chorus (the world's first chorus with "gay" in its name), later known as Queer Chorus of San Francisco.
Rémy Martin was one of the earliest major brands to fund and co-present these community choir celebrations and concert series in San Francisco. This is a rare tee of LGBTQ+ history!
